I don't think that school libraries should have an erotica section, because that's what the Internet is for. But other than that, I don't think there's anything inappropriate for teenagers. Kids these days are so desensitized that I don't think there's anything that a normal school library would carry that could cause so much damage that it would need to be banned. |

| Writer's Block: Epicurean |

I think the way we eat will become more efficient in the future. Most people will just eat artificially flavored nutrition bars. Real food will become a niche market, and the "slow food" movement will become even more of a fringe group.
It will be like Soylent Green, only out of desire rather than scarcity. As our world becomes more fast-paced we will become more apathetic about taste. |

I know cats do. Cats have a very mean sense of humor. They find the suffering and struggle of others very amusing. When you're sick or you fall on your ass (sorry Mychael!) they just stare at you with their eyes narrowed, silently mocking.
IDK about other animals. |

| Writer's Block: Environmental Confession |
[Jun. 26th, 2009|05:37 pm] |
I work at a deli where all the containers are styrofoam, and I don't have the courage to say something to the owner about maybe switching to more environmentally-friendly materials. |

| Writer's Block: You're a Winner! |
[Jun. 14th, 2009|04:14 pm] |
When I was eight, and Pocahontas was in theaters, my local grocery store had a sweepstakes to win a four-foot-high stuffed version of the raccoon from the movie. You best believe I won that shit. I put my name in when my mom wasn't looking, and she didn't know about it until we got the call that I won. She was unbelievably angry, but she let me keep it. It was awesome. |

| Writer's Block: Grimm Question |
[Jun. 4th, 2009|07:21 pm] |
I always liked Beauty and the Beast most of all, and not just because of the Disney movie (although it had a lot to do with it.) My mom rented me Cocteau's version once when I was sick, and I loved it. IDK, it's just my all-around favorite. Does this mean I'm destined for an abusive relationship? |

| Writer's Block: Looking Back |
[Apr. 14th, 2009|12:06 pm] |
What I did that day. It's from the summer of 2004, between sophomore and junior year of high school. Back in the day when I still wrote about my feelings and stuff I did, instead of dumb random shit.
It's here if anyone wants to read it. Riveting stuff. |

| Writer's Block: In a Jam |
[Apr. 2nd, 2009|11:50 pm] |
I would want the dashing Dr. Spencer Reid and his colleagues to help me out of a jam, of course.
